The bare roots of the job

Our Communications Advisor will be key to gathering information and sharing our stories, working closely across the business to engage and advise including:

  • Coordinating the development and deployment of our Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Strategies
  • Advising and coordinating internal and external communications including announcements, newsletters, events, media releases and content management on social media
  • Working closely with external stakeholders to build consistent and aligned messaging that promotes the industry
  • Monitoring the external environment for issues that have the potential to adversely impact branding and identify opportunities for alignment/enhancement of the Forico brand


Who will join our journey…

You will bring your experience and expertise in engaging communications and stakeholder management to our dynamic team along with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications and/or marketing (or relevant degree)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, providing expert communications, public relations and branding/marketing advice.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with an ability to build and maintain credibility and rapport with a range of diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of contemporary communication and engagement platforms, including both traditional media and social media networks.
  • Proven experience in developing high-quality, fit-for-purpose written materials. with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Capacity to work in a multi-task environment and demonstrate comprehensive administrative, organisation and time-management skills.
