Release and Indemnity Agreement for Individuals

This document must be completed, signed and submitted to Forico Pty Limited by all applicants, and attached individuals prior to accessing the property managed by Forico Pty Limited.

THIS AGREEMENT made the date specified in the Schedule hereto between the persons named as the property manager in the Schedule hereto ( hereafter called the Manager) and the Trustees as specified in the schedule of the first part and the parties named in the Schedule hereto as the Invitees ( hereafter called the Invitees ) of the second part WHEREAS the Invitees have requested access to the property specified in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes specified in the Schedule hereto and in consideration of the Invitees executing this agreement the Manager has agreed to such access on following terms :

1. The Manager and the Trustees hereby disclaims any responsibility for damage or injury of every description which may occur to the Invitees on the property or any part thereof.
2. The Invitee hereby agrees to follow the directions of the Manager or any of their employees whilst on the said property.
3. The Invitee shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Manager and the Trustees from and against all actions, suits, proceedings, costs, claims, damages and liabilities and demands whatsoever which the Manager or any of its employees may sustain or incur in respect of any lost, damage or injury to persons or property occasioned or contributed to by the Invitee on the property or by the use of the property made by the Invitee.
4. The Invitee hereby acknowledges that they have read the above conditions and agree to comply with the same as witnessed by their execution hereof.
5. In this Indenture words importing the singular or plural number include the plural or singular number respectively and words of any gender shall include any other gender and where more than one person or Company accepts any liability under any covenant condition or obligation herein such persons shall be jointly and severally liable.
