The bare roots of the job ...

The Land Administrator will provide day-to-day operational administration support to the Land Manager and act as the first point of contact for public enquiries, access requests, lock and key administration, accounts receivable tasks, correspondence, filing and other land related administration tasks.

Our ideal candidate will have a business administration qualification or the ability to demonstrate transferable skills, developed through work, study or life experiences.  Experience in an administration or customer service position would be looked upon favourably.

We are looking for the following behavioural attributes and competencies in our successful candidate: highly developed written and verbal communication skills, positive and proactive attitude towards work, a willingness to learn, motivated and reliable, the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, excellent organisational and time management skills, high attention to detail, initiative and problem solving ability and a team player.

This position would ideally suit an individual who is motivated to learn, wants to build capability and progress their career.  With the right attitude and commitment, the successful applicant will gain exposure to a wide range of land-related functions and be supported in their professional development.
