The bare roots of the job ...
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Administrators to join our team at Long Reach Mill.
As one of the first points of contact for the site, you will play a critical role in managing weighbridge operations, maintaining site access controls, and ensuring accurate recording of product deliveries. You will communicate with truck drivers, contractors, visitors and site personnel to ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with site requirements.
These two new roles at our Mill offer a unique combination of operational responsibility and administration support. Along with coordinating incoming and outgoing vehicle movements, you'll maintain compliance records, complete reporting and reconciliations, support site administration activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Site. During quieter periods, there will also be opportunities to assist with broader administrative and project-based activities.
Who will join our journey...
We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys solving problems before they become issues, and understands the importance of balancing customer service with safety and compliance.
You'll be a strong communicator who can build relationships, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities to improve the way we work, as well as bring:
Administration experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
The ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement when making day-to-day decisions.
A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting both operational and administrative activities.
A willingness to work rostered shifts, with a range of roster options available to support operational requirements and individual flexibility where possible.
A current driver's licence, or the ability to obtain one.
